The mission of the Voorheesville Community and School Foundation is to enhance the educational, cultural, athletic and organizations opportunities of the students and communities primarily of the Voorheesville Central School District. Voorheesville Community & School Foundation (VSCF) Mini Grant Application

Mini-Grants provide a fast-track opportunity for organizations and groups to apply for up to $1,000. Grant requests over $1,000 should be submitted using our regular grant application form available here.

Projects may include requests for new equipment; support for new school or community groups or efforts, or enhancements to existing ones; or events or activities. Grants are not awarded to individuals. Questions may be directed here.

Please complete and submit the form below to apply. It may be helpful to prepare your answers in a separate document, and then copy and paste them into the form fields below. All questions marked with an asterisk (*) must be answered to submit your application. You will receive an on-screen confirmation after your application has been submitted. Guidelines by which this grant application will be evaluated include:

What Foundation goals will the funding achieve? What problem(s) will the project address?
Does the project reach a large segment of the population in both numbers served and type (e.g., students, elderly, and residents at large).
Would the project occur if the Foundation did not provide funding? Does the grant application fill a program gap? Is it a new initiative? What other sources of funding or partnerships exist?
Will the proposed project require additional funding beyond this grant? Can the project become self-sustaining or grow to reach greater community participation over several years?
